As a rides operator I am responsible for ensuring the rides and attractions that I work on are operated to the highest safety standard and follow the procedures that ensure this. I also provide customer service and have achieved two 100% Mystery Shops whilst working as a front liner.

As a shift team leader with in the rides and attractions department I was responsible for ensuring that the rides in my area were operated to the correct health and safety standards and all opening and closing procedures were completed correctly and on time. I was also responsible for the day to day running of the area, including organising where staff members would be positioned throughout the day, lunches and breaks were provided and completing the payroll.

As a sales associate, I was responsible for ensuring the shop floor and products on the shop floor remained at a high stand. Additionally, in a position of cash handling I had to make sure the cash registers were balanced at the end of the day and achieving shop KPI targets.

As a sales assistant, I was responsible for ensuring the shop floor and stockroom meet the high standards of the Indentix company, as well as providing excellent customer service

As a teaching assistant for the Early Stages classes at StageCoach I aided the teaching of students aged 4-6 years’ old in Dance, Drama and Singing. My responsibility included keeping the focus of the group, supervising toilet break and providing one-to-one support when needed.
