Multimedia journalist internship focused on: videography, editing, and creating policy content for Schneps.

Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) Department Intern • Analyzed thousands of qualitative and quantitative data observations using excel; constructed and presented summary findings reports for C&I team • Authored and edited official RPS curriculum documents intended for online district publication for both administrative and public use Applied Policy Project Report • Consulted for RPS by researching policy interventions to increase the rate of Advanced Placement passing exam scores for high school juniors and seniors• RPS will move forward with the recommended policy intervention in the summer of 2021

Advised eight first-year university students on a variety of topics including: course selection, university resources, living arrangements, and the transition to college.

Mentored first-year Hispanic undergraduate students to facilitate their matriculation into the university. Provided both social and academic engagements to broaden their introduction to UVA.

Leading member of club outreach events aimed at de-stigmatizing the conversation surrounding mental health on campus. Responsible for coordinating fundraiser sponsors as well as promoting and marketing the website to greater student body.
