Post-production VFX Coordinator for the Netflix film “We Can Be Heroes” Dir. Robert Rodriguez.-- Key contact for daily correspondence with VFX vendors, studio Art Department, and Editorial team. -- Responsible for the organization of dailies, Cinesync and Skype sessions, and other meetings. Primary note taker for production meetings, responsible for sending out notes and clear action items to both the internal team and external vendors. -- Responsible for the compilation and submission of delivery packages to VFX vendors, containing necessary shots and reference material. -- Worked with both Shotgun and a proprietary shot tracking system to maintain a daily list of the status of all 1600 VFX shots for the film. Also responsible for sending the project’s weekly production report to Netflix. -- Worked both in person and remotely from home. -- Software used daily: MS Office, Google Suite, Photoshop, Maya, and proprietary shot tracking software.

VFX PA for pre-production, principal photography, and post-production for a Netflix original movie. Responsible for running witness camera, taking HDRIs, and reference photos, as well as generally assisting on set. Responsible for processing and uploading assets and reference materials to the VFX database, as well as notetaking and communicating with vendors.
