I am the owner of a new mobile outpatient physical and occupational clinic, Far North Health Services LLC, serving Anchorage and its surrounding areas. We are adding Speech and a Registered dietician. It's a clinic on wheels taking place in patient's homes. Our goals are to optimize the patient's independence in a familiar environment and reduce caretaker's burden with appropriate adaptive devices and training. Our main focus is to provide a continuum of care for patient's as they transition from an acute hospital stay or home health therapy services to home alone, home with family, to an ALF, or Brother Francis.
