• Manage 300 Healthcare Professional accounts, while maintaining a Customer Satisfaction score > 95% YTD.• Responsibilities include resolving healthcare professionals questions and issues regarding paycheck earnings, deductions and taxation in accordance to IRS guidelines, ensuring accordance to industry benchmarks, maintaining timekeeping submission data at facilities across the country and calculate pay and deductions for manual payments including checks, wires and electronic funds transfers.• Help with training of new hires• Collaborate on a daily basis with Sales, Contracts, Billing and Quality Serveries departments.
