I am an early career journalist currently working in freelance. I graduated this past December from University College Dublin as part of their CNN Academy program, with a master’s degree in Journalism and International Affairs. I completed my undergraduate degree at Boston University with a bachelor’s in International Relations and a dual focus in Latin America and Foreign Policy & Security Studies. Beyond my passion for all things news related, I also have a strong background in team working and perseverance as a four year D1 athlete on the Boston University Lightweight Rowing Team. Additionally I am a dual US and UK citizen having moved to the United States from Scotland. I plan to bring my skills as well as my passion for international affairs to a career in Journalism, using my own multi-national background as well as the knowledge and skills I have gained through my degrees in order to bring a diverse perspective to the ever-evolving media landscape.
