Erin currently works as the Director for Mattel Toy's Global Trade Show Services team, and is responsible for a wide range of projects and events including but not limited to Hong Kong Toy Fair, Las Vegas Licensing Show and Nuremberg Toy Fair. On these projects Erin is tasked with a multitude of responsibilities that include project design and art direction, management of a support team including CAD drafters, graphic designers and scenic fabricators while also managing the artistic and financial expectations of our internal client teams. Erin also manages a team of 13 project managers responsible for 350+ projects annually on 4 continents. Specialties: Full service Project Management and Event Design (scenic, lighting and AV)
