Responsibilities include filling prescription orders, customer service, and answering calls from patients.

Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages; Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, equipment, and service and seating areas; describing menu items and suggesting products to customers; Servicing customers and taking orders; Receiving and processing customer payments. Gained cashier experience as well.

Serve as a mentor for new hires and provide subject-specific guidance in tutoring; Assist with the planning and facilitation of monthly Support Team meetings; Knowledge and competence in subject(s) tutored (Chemistry and Statistics); Cultivate communicative relationships with students/clients; Ability to build confidence in students/clients and introduce them to study skills
