Erin Worth is a Student at Morecambe Community High School at Morecambe Community High School. She possess expertise in ict, computing, art, graphic design. Colleagues describe her as "Erin was part of a group of five girls chosen to participate in a Girls in STEM careers project. As the first in their school there was no precedent set for the work they would be doing. Erin played a major role in defining the product, sharing ideas and articulating her perspective and direction for the team. Since beginning the program, she has flourished in her communications skills, presentation skills and confidence. After she attended the San Jose Campus of Cisco and met with members of the leadership team, she has returned to her school and is now mentoring a group of her own for this years challenge, growing her own leadership and teaching skills. As a result of her performance, focus and personal skills growth, she was invited to do work experience at Cisco with Advanced Services, Sales and Project Management teams. Working in a high tech IT company at this stage in her career can be daunting, but Erin has continued with confidence and a learning attitude that will see her well in future. Every person who works with Erin says what a pleasure she is to work with! I can see Erin's skills and confidence grow every day, and we sincerely hope she will continue to study and pursue a career in IT - she will be an asset to any company she joins.
