Charlie Health offers a fully remote intensive outpatient therapy program (IOP) make high levels of care accessible no matter where our clients are located. As an associate primary therapist, I meet with clients in the program at least once a week for individual therapy and family therapy as needed. At Charlie Health, I provide trauma informed and evidence based care to high acuity clients. I regularly work on creating safety plans, building grounding and coping skills, and work on building distress tolerance so that clients can be discharged to a lower standard of care.
