Built by first and third party developers, Twitch Extensions are interactive overlays and panels that streamers can install and activate on their channel to provide a new level of interaction for their community. I ran a small, but mighty team to build an updated Twitch Extensions dashboard and features surfacing to streamers the right extensions based on their general needs. Our goal was to help streamers break through the overwhelming catalog of options to choose from, reduce the overhead for managing extensions on their channel and to learn the power of what extensions could bring to their community. We would maintain a presence at TwitchCon, however our focus was to create a complimentary evergreen line with seasonal drops made available to Twitch fans everywhere, utilizing Amazon as both storefront and fulfillment center.- Managed pipeline to create Twitch’s seller account with legal, accounting and tax and launched first-time online selling of Twitch Merchandise on Amazon.- Built process to get any new Twitch merchandise in production to launch on Amazon with Amazon Prime status, FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Exports status where possible and coordinated with multiple teams to ensure the appropriate product content (photography and localized copy) would be ready to ship on-time with physical merchandise launches.- Established process send Twitch Gift Cards to Creator Participants to purchase Twitch Gear from the Amazon Store to share on stream
