• Inaugural Director of the Institute, leading a team of program administrators focused on community-engaged learning and reciprocal partnership development between the College and community partners in support of transformational learning and non-profit capacity building.• Advance Fisher's efforts to be more clearly defined as an anchor institution in our region. • Manage the strategic planning, operations, financials and programmatic oversight for Fisher’s college-wide Community-Engaged Learning, and First Generation & Service scholarship programs.• Build and sustain comprehensive collaborations to expand Fisher’s engagement with CBOs and amplify Fisher's impact on the Rochester-area community; link campus assets to community needs, in order to effectively support learning opportunities for students while investing in community development through capacity building, direct service and research opportunities.• Support senior leadership of the College in decision making and business development related to community programming; implement multi-year strategy that responds to the emerging needs of the Greater Rochester region; address institutional priorities; reflect best practices in the field for the benefit of students, faculty and college partners.• Collaborate with the Senior Diversity Officer and other leaders on campus to implement DEI strategy, with emphasis on students & faculty participating in the programs of the Institute, working directly in Monroe County organizations and initiatives.• Support the Provost, Deans, faculty and staff in development of college-wide civic learning through curriculum development, teaching and community partnerships.• Team lead for all grant-funded programs of the Institute, including Project Director for Fisher’s Social Innovation Academy; Co-PI for Fisher Connects.• Instructor of leadership seminar and community engagement workshops for undergraduate students in the First Generation and Service Scholarship program.
