I am a current student at the University of New South Wales, studying Commerce, majoring in human resource management and international business. I have an interest in a career in Human Resources and/or Management, specifically in the hospitality industry.During my studies I have participated in extra curricular programs such as the UNSW Business Opportunity Accelerator Program which provided as an experience to further develop my skills in collaboration, innovation and presenting.In addition to my current study, I have completed a short NSW Tafe course and gained a statement of attainment in business administration, as well as achieving an associate certificate in Microsoft Excel.I have work part-time in customer service orientated roles ranging from retail to hospitality, and have gained relevant skills through these experiences, such as; communication and problem solving.Throughout my high school experience I always had interest in Mathematics, and continued this through university having taken a math course as a free elective in term 3 2021.I have shared this passion for maths through one-on-one tutoring sessions with high school and primary school students.

  Whilst working at Wests Group Macarthur, I have worked alongside a diverse and lively team to present patrons with a seamless and overall positive experience at our venue.My roles within this hospitality role include:- Delivering and assisting in the organisation of a variety of events at our location.The events catering for a number of guests ranging from 20 to over 100.- Ensuring the day-to-day guest experience is constantly held to a high standard.This includes; interacting with guests and resolving their queries or requests as well as maintaining the pristine presentation of the venue.- The role has provided an opportunity to improve my customer service skills, critical thinking, problem solving as well as time management.
