Some highlights of my experience include:• Key member in the successful launch of the new Group Benefits Platform Transformation Initiative in December 2021; met all deadlines and developed facets of the application that ran seamlessly. • Augmented company success by developing a new absence management intake experience, the Group Benefits Service Center’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR), which improves the experience for customers and call center agents. • Wrote IVR scripts and collaborated closely with call center agents to guarantee successful product integration.• Facilitate business development by creating user stories and business/functional requirements (e.g., UI design, workflows, and cross-functional team reporting) in collaboration with solution architects and SMEs from various work streams.• Committee Lead for the Group Benefits Engagement Committee and Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow (BOLT). • Research user feedback, insurance policy changes, and state-specific regulations to ensure product compliance, develop functional product enhancements, and improve the overall user experience.

In hopes of sharing my love of the sport, I coached lacrosse within the Syracuse community, mentoring girls ages 8–18.

As an intern, I collaborated under the lead project manager for the Legal, Risk, Political Access, & Compliance Technology department to assist on migrating Guardian’s data to the Cloud. Additionally, I interfaced with employees and third-party vendors to update training materials and the project charter as needed. • Developed and delivered an extensive data migration training plan work streams for employee training on Proofpoint.

In this internship, I worked within the Corporate Technology department to facilitate the migration of customer data from the Legacy platform into a new web-based security compliant system. To do so, I tested mainframe applications in both production and test environments and ensured data integrity for the new Rent Security program.
