As a member of our Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team, I had both a strategic and hands-on role providing talent management expertise to the organization. This role was critical in shaping our people initiatives, seamlessly executing both strategic and tactical people processes, and driving HR excellence with a focus on continuous improvement.

Successfully completed an internship within the Talent Management team supporting the Supervision and Regulation function at the Chicago Fed. Through engagement with senior stakeholders and collaboration with internal experts, I integrated data driven insight and analysis to improve the department's career progression framework resulting in higher engagement levels among employees. By conducting both internal and external market research, I provided specific actionable and impactful recommendations relating to job leveling guidelines, job family grouping and design, and role responsibilities.

During my internship at Deublin Company, I was an integrated member of the HR team acting as an HR Generalist to both our manufacturing and engineering workforce. I partnered with external recruiting firms to interview and onboard 16 candidates within 8 weeks to meet production goals and acquire critical engineering skillsets. Through this process, I recognized a need to overhaul and streamline our new hire, onboarding, and termination procedures and I worked with key stakeholders to not only shape and execute changes but also ensure an effective change management process. Furthermore, I conducted market research and collaborated with our benefits vendor on the viability of a HDHP (high-deductible health plan) for our benefit offerings and presented both my findings and a recommendation on implementation to C-level stakeholders.
