With years of experience in online training, communications, and fundraising, I am a passionate and skilled online training host who coordinates and manages customer needs and data for large-scale zoom meetings. I work at Circle of Security International, an organization that provides early intervention programs for professionals and clinicians to educate parents and children. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in communication and media studies, infant care, nonprofit development, and years of parenting my own children.As an online training host, I manage the process from start to finish and support the customers and trainer. I send customer invoices, manage registrations, schedule communications and workflows, perform data management, configure the learning management system (LMS), and manage recurring zooms with up to 150 attendees.
