As a career transition coach, I meet clients where they are, help them envision what tomorrow could hold, and then co-create a plan to bring the vision into reality. I empower individuals to find career joy through identifying their why, exploring their values, and leaning into their strengths. As a leadership coach, I guide new leaders and leaders in new positions to own their strengths, find their voice, and chart their path. As individuals author their story, they gain the confidence to authentically lead. My coaching style is inquisitive, reflective and encouraging, believing that client and coach work together toward client-driven outcomes. At Indiana University, I lead a team of career coaches and educators serving students in the College of Arts and Sciences.
