• Primary resource and SME for 401(k) Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan administration.• 401(k) and Pension Plan compliance: plan audits, Form 5500 submission, non-discrimination testing, Summary Annual Report distribution.• 401(k) and NQ Plan Funding – audit, prepare and submit weekly funding requests.• Coordinate and manage annual and on-going Non-Qualified plan enrollment.• Administration of the company health and welfare plans: managing the benefits hotline and email box; responding to employee inquiries/concerns; monthly billing; dependent approvals; acquisition support; wellness initiatives.• Create and run ad hoc reports using various HRIS systems for Benefits projects and assist in data compilation, analysis and design for reporting as needed.• Aid in the development of benefits communications.• Continual review of business processes and recommend enhancements and changes. to drive efficiency. • Perform other duties as assigned.
