Managed equity-related vaccination efforts during time of COVID-19 vaccine scarcity and abundance. Oversaw vaccination event and equity-focused allocations and data use. Served as NCDHHS operational lead on partnership with the Healthier Together initiative -- a public private partnership to increase the number of individuals who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and from other historically marginalized populations receiving COVID-19 vaccinations across the state of North Carolina. Supported the launch of the FEMA community vaccination center in Greensboro, including standing up spoke sites to reach additional historically marginalized populations. Oversaw conceptualization, strategy and launch of ten Family Vaccination Centers to reach 5-11 year olds and their families; and led "Vaccine on the Green" a family-friendly vaccination event on the NCDHHS campus to reach 12-17 year olds and families. Served on COVID equity leadership team to coordinate and integrate equity across prevention and response efforts.

Oversaw a work stream of a three-year, multi-million dollar grant, including budget, deliverables and donor relationship with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
