- Managed semi-annual review process end-to-end for over 600 consultants across 3 offices in the northeast- Guided over 120 Partners and Senior Partners serving as Development Leaders on inputs and outputs required, including creating and delivering training sessions on best practices for both them and their support staff- Modernized the review process by developing and adapting digital tools to facilitate both the preparation for and execution of review meetings- Developed relationships and partnered closely with a service support team in Manila to provide remote administrative support

- Supported seven Professional Development Managers and two Engagement Managers with administrative needs remotely- Managed all scheduling needs, both internal and external, with demanding calendars and tight deadlines- Interfaced with client executive assistants as necessary for scheduling meetings and conference calls while upholding strict confidentiality with regards to delicate information- Processed expense reports and time sheets on a bi-monthly basis; scheduled and coordinated international travel

Held positions of increasing responsibility over the past 15+ years on Active Duty (Hawaii), the National Guard (California and North Carolina), and the Army Reserves (Pennsylvania and California), including Supply Specialist, Assistant Brigade S1, ROTC Instructor, Brigade S1, and Rear Detachment Battalion Commander. Completed one deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2006-2007) while on active duty. Currently serve as an Observer/Controller Trainer, where I assist in the development, planning, coordination, and execution of mission command and staff training exercises for Army Reserve and National Guard staff elements, serving as the doctrinal subject matter expert to provide coaching and mentoring, technical training, and doctrinal advice to credibly prepare for both training and real-world events.
