The key objective of the position is to ensure that the retail store runs well in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.• Assist in the key aspects of store operations and in ensuring the successful delivery of the lululemon athletica culture, philosophy, values, and vision of raising the overall level of health in our communities• Encourage and energize staff, and assists in evolving in-store functions and flow• Directly supervises Educators when managing the floor• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required • Under the direction of the Store and Assistant Manager, performs and completes other additional projects, duties and assignments as required and/or request

• Provide guests with world-class ‘education’ and guest experience in the areas of product, culture, and community by speaking authentically about product use through their own experiences • Receive/process stock received from warehouse, involving: unpacking, counting, tagging as required, folding, sizing and placing on the floor, with overflow stock in back room and stored areas • Assist in preparing the store for the day including: replenishing garment styles and other merchandise by color, size, and quantity requirements; folding, sizing, and merchandising as required • Answer phone inquiries as required • Ensure stock replenishment in work areas • Ensure items from change rooms are returned to appropriate area - sized and tagged • Prepare pants for hemming including pinning, completing necessary documentation (customer/store hemming slip); and educating regarding timelines for completion • Arrange for mail and/or delivery, as required, to other locations and/or warehouse • Complete assigned clean up evening duty • Utilize the Point of Sale cash system, processes payments, refunds and exchanges and issues gift cards • Prepare alterations for pick up the next day • Unpack boxes for inventory as required.• Under the direction of the Store/Assistant Manager performs/completes other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request
