Every noble idea needs a strong foundation, and my sweet spot is building the solid base. I have extensive experience working with diverse groups, coalitions, and individual changemakers—including philanthropists, founders, and an award-winning entrepreneur—to grow social impact initiatives and build the enduring relationships they need to flourish. A common thread is community; from signature events that generate revenue and good will to digital engagement of activists working to advance women’s rights or alleviate poverty around the world, I’m committed to bringing people together around a shared cause and ensuring the tools are in place for them to be successful. I often plug in during the inception phase or when strategies falter or shift in response to internal, sociocultural, or technological disruption. In consultation with senior leadership, I am able to quickly assess challenges and opportunities in the nonprofit and social innovation space and then plan and execute strategies that set the stage for sustainable growth. My skillset includes operations, business planning, partnership development, program management, project and events management, and facilitative leadership. I’ve had the opportunity to work, learn, and volunteer in half a dozen countries with leading global organizations including Rotary International, Every Woman Treaty, and Mercy Corps.
