•• 2017 Rookie of the Year Recipient •• Dentsply Sirona I am a competitive and hard working individual with a proven sales record looking to succeed in the sales industry at a high level. My current employment with Dentsply Sirona as well as my previous employment with Horizon Pharmaceutical and ADP has provided me with both inside and outside sales experiences. As a Horizon Sales Rep, I was tasked with delivering a detailed message on three different medications in the very competitive pain specific market. I had an expansive territory that required a deep knowledge and understanding of the different demographics so I could best serve each area appropriately. While at ADP, I communicated with small businesses in the Central Valley area; stretching from Fresno to Tulare. I worked closely with small business owners to best provide for their company. We provided payroll services, tax services, as well as 401K plans. We also worked closely with many major banks and CPA firms to better help their clientele. My experience in many sales fields has allowed me to better adapt to situations and better handle objections specific to different situations and people. My early successes are most contributed to my athletic career. Through athletics I was required to challenge myself routinely by learning new things, balancing school and sport, as well as working cohesively with my teammates. My experience in the professional world has allowed me to develop strong communication skills, computer skills, as well as the drive to push myself to succeed. Outside sales is a self generated business and I have had strong success in the early stages of my career. GoalsI love working as a sales person, but ultimately my aspirations lie in a managerial position. I am looking to start with a company and build a career. I am confident in my abilities and am looking to work my way up the ladder of a company.
