She also was a key lawyer for Uber Freight in negotiating its unprecedented long-term strategic deal with Waymo, overcoming the lengthy history of prior litigation between Uber and Google.Although a corporate generalist, Erin credits much of her success to her background in IP and litigation — both as in-house counsel at Groupon, dubbed as the one-time “Fastest Growing Company Ever” by Forbes, and her work as an associate at DLA Piper, the largest law firm in the world at the time, and Swanson, Martin & Bell, a litigation powerhouse in the Midwest.
