Engagements varied in length from one hour to one day. Opportunities executed in locations worldwide, with an emphasis on five domestic bureaus. Supported CNN Learning, a strategy that provides employees with opportunities to build skills to develop in current roles and grow into new positions. Led executive initiatives including leadership meetings, town halls, and executive talks.

Created employee learning opportunities to build skills, including day-long intensive workshops and half-day leadership meetings. Worked on cross-functional teams to support executive initiatives.

Developed and project managed large-scale corporate and community programs and events that supported Turner’s philanthropic strategy. Managed project teams ranging from 5-80 leaders, day-long events including more than 20 simultaneous projects and volunteer groups of more than 1,000 individuals. Built and executed week-long programs with high-profile speakers, panel discussions, presentations, formal dinners and project pitches.
