I work as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab (linked below). In this role, I collaborate with other social scientists to analyze various types of organizational data (e.g., employee engagement survey data, personnel and performance data, interviews with employees) to explore organizational processes. We then distill our research insights for both academic and industry audiences. Our work has been featured in MIT Sloan Management Review (linked below).
