Responsible for managing all client success initiatives with strategic involvement throughout the entire client life cycle. Creates and manages client processes, programs and best practices in order to guide the clients’​ proper utilization of Merit. Responsibilities include overseeing ongoing client relationships for new and current clients, and onboarding. Identifies clients' business objectives and metrics of success to ensure long-term program success. Organizes strategic recommendations across multiple distribution channels (App, Social, Email, etc.) in order to effectively engage stakeholders and drive brand.Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify the key factors for client success in order to drive product sales, streamline product operations and employ efficient marketing services.More than 500 colleges use Merit to generate positive, measurable attention for their institution, their students and their brand. Merit allows institutions to easily harness the power of students' achievements and turn them into personalized stories that reach audiences on social networks, in local media, online, and directly engage high schools and parents. Students' Merit pages are a hub for secondary schools, academic and social societies, employers and more to exchange verified, branded achievements that build personal and institutional recognition.
