There are always problems to solve. Maybe it’s the user problem for which a product is built. Maybe it’s how to tell potential users about your solution. Or maybe it’s simply that your coffee is always cold by the time you figure out how to solve the first two problems. Words are the best way I know to solve problems, and I have a pretty high success rate - except in telling my coffee to stay warm longer. My passion is distilling technical concepts, whether from threat research or products, and translating that information to be meaningful to a particular audience. Most recently, I’ve been able to work with R&D and feature PMs to showcase messaging and customer value as part of product workflows - from initial discovery to procurement through AWS Marketplace to an ongoing customer relationship. This focus on customer outcomes has helped our teams accelerate feature adoption and drive revenue growth. Working with forward-thinking teams gave the opportunity to drive the complete buyer’s journey from initial problem discovery through in-product experience.Whether leading a team, presenting on a stage or to a camera, writing posts or copy, developing strategies, or taking products to market, words are the secret to success.
