Erin Schultz is the Senior Director of CBRE’s Project Management team in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Schultz and her team are responsible for delivering exceptional results for our Occupier and Investor Clients across multiple sectors, including office, new development, industrial, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and life sciences

Erin is currently the Director and Local Market Leader for the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas. She relocated from Houston, Texas where she was the Director of Project Management on the Chevron Business and Real Estate Services (CBRES) GWS Account. She has 16+ years of construction and project management experience, as well as architectural & design expertise to lead Client projects in new construction; renovations and interior build-outs; construction document creation and implementation; design planning and procurement; multi-discipline coordination with engineers and professional consultants, site contractors, landscape architects, etc.  Key focus areas include capital planning, benchmarking, scope development, budget, schedule, quality and risk management, construction administration and coordination; construction implementation, project closeout. In addition, she is responsible for financial performance of the client, strategy, programming, forecasting and reporting; billing, expense monitoring and control; staffing, etc. while maintaining continuity and implementation of standardized processes across various site locations nationally and globally.  Erin’s tenure in the industry has enhanced her abilities to provide Clients with “best in class” budgeting and scheduling activities associated with all aspects of a project. Erin specializes in design value creation and quality control of construction along with risk assessment and mitigation throughout the life cycle of a project. She has actively participated in over 15 new construction ground up building projects, 10 major building renovation projects and 171+ facility management projects.  Ms. Schultz began her career with Woodroffe Corporation Architects (WCA) where she served as an interior designer and Project Manager for the architectural firm in Tampa, FL. She actively managed over $113M in construction ground up building, renovations and interior build outs.

Erin Schultz is currently a Project Manager for CBRE’s Houston office. She has 10+ years of construction and project management experience as well as architectural & design expertise to lead Client projects in new construction; renovations and interior build-outs; construction document creation and implementation; design planning and procurement; multi-discipline coordination with engineers and professional consultants, site contractors, landscape architects, etc.; construction administration and coordination; construction implementation, and project closeout. Erin’s tenure in the industry has enhanced her abilities to provide Clients with “best in class” budgeting and scheduling activities associated with all aspects of a project. Erin specializes in design value creation and quality control of construction along with risk assessment and mitigation throughout the life cycle of a project. She has actively participated in over 15 new construction ground up building projects and 10 major building renovation projects. She actively managed over $50M in construction ground up building, renovations and interior build outs and currently is managing $45M.

In addition, she is responsible for financial performance of the client, programming, forecasting and reporting; billing, expense monitoring and control; staffing, etc. Erin’s tenure in the industry has enhanced her abilities to provide Clients with “best in class” budgeting and scheduling activities associated with all aspects of a project. She has actively participated in over 15 new construction ground up building projects, 10 major building renovation projects and 54 facility management projects.

Responsible for working with Principal Architect, in all stages of design projects and processes from preliminary conceptual drawings and schematic design, through design development and presentations, to final production of specifications and construction documents for permitting; Attend client meetings throughout design process and aid in client decision making processes; Prepare project time estimates and assist in project cost estimates; Gauge progress of project schedules and project budgets; Develop and complete design presentation boards, construction documents, specifications, and renderings; Work alongside Principal to determine required elements of document set; Multidiscipline coordination with engineers, landscape architects, construction managers, and other consultants; Demonstrate ability to comply with regulatory agencies as required; Research both standard and innovative solutions to design issues; Confirm code compliance and make recommendations to Principal and consultants; Daily coordination with construction managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and the owner; Perform construction administration duties including meeting minutes, Request for Information (RFI’s), Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASI’s), shop drawing reviews, change orders, punchlists, payment applications and reviews, and close out packages.

Assist Building Manager in improving customer and client agency satisfaction with building services; Assist in negotiation of service contracts and lease provisions; Assist in development of maintenance programs; Evaluate and monitor building operations, maintenance, repair, custodial, and alterations, etc. to ensure compliance with agency requirements and industry standards; Assist with budget formulation and execution, and conduct inspections and field measurements of designated space or facilities.

Responsible for developing training manuals, logos, and brochures; Create/design marketing, promotional materials, web design templates, stationary packages, and formatting images for eLearning materials, games and websites for Fortune 500 companies; Assist in the development of proposals, editing and quality control; Compose technical writing documents and questionnaires; Attend client meetings for concept and design development
