As the content marketing specialist for Suncoast Credit Union, I create content to inform our members about our products, services, and community outreach efforts. Suncoast is the largest credit union in the state of Florida, with more than a million members, so the content I create each day has a massive audience. My work includes email copy, video scripts, web content, in-branch marketing materials, and more. I also write for our external community partnerships, like the Tampa Bay Rays.Aside from creating the content, I work on building a content strategy that helps Suncoast reach our goals. This includes executing a social media strategy to promote our brand and content.

In this role, I focused on content strategy for U.S. News University Directory, a former partner of Bisk Education. I managed a team of freelance writers, assigning stories and making sure the content my team produced met the client's needs.Search engine optimization and social media promotion were a major part of this position. During my time as editor, I was able to get the U.S. Surgeon General to create a video response to our brand's tweet and the Second Lady of the United States to answer another of our brand's tweets.
