Assistant to the Program Manager for The Bridge Youth Center. Providing administrative and organizational support, coordinating and creating program activities, promotions and grant/support efforts. The Bridge is a fun, safe place for teens ages 11-18 to come enjoy themselves, learn life skills and the value of knowing Christ. We strive to "bridge" the gap between families, communities, and God by providing youth a place of hope that builds a foundation of faith, character, life skills, and designed purpose.

We are a catalyst for change; an entity created to spread awareness of positive things by combining the skills we've gained in our individual endeavors & taking hands-on action through mentoring, volunteering & providing resources for the empowerment of charities. We also plan to promote unity through positive entertainment, thus becoming a nationwide vehicle for improving the quality of life for families & children in our community & beyond.Full Mission Statement: The 239 Winner’s Circle is an alliance of ambitious, informed and action-driven young women with individual resumes which speak volumes. This coalition was created with the strategic vision to utilize the leadership skills, tenacity, personal successes, individuality and wisdom gained in their past, present and future experiences in life, education, entertainment and empowerment to be spread throughout the community by initiating programs, activism, charity work, mentoring young women and all other resources available. 239 WC has a sisterhood that expands well beyond the “circle” itself therefore raising the bar for this organization to become a global movement. The 239 Winner’s Circle has set specific goals to implement advancement, unity and respect amongst adults and youth by encouraging them to make the positive choices that will in turn maximize their personal potential and expand their horizons to reach greater heights in life.

239 Acoustic Affairs is a poetry & arts open mic show, the first of its kind in Southwest Florida showcasing local poets, singers, comedians, etc as well as visual arts displays. 239AA also hosts occassional youth editions.

Queen Speaks Radio (QSR) is a straight-forward and motivating internet radio show broadcasting since 2007 and currently on vacation while building a greater resource for our listeners. Queen Unique and NativeSun focus on topics which affect African Americans with an emphasis on the arts as well as the importance of community and parental involvement, education, Autism, AIDS & HIV Awareness and current events for Black America. The purpose of QSR is not to dwell on and complain about the issues we face as African Americans but to eliminate boundaries, increase self confidence, restore family bonding and delve up resolutions as well as resources which will position us in the right direction by which our destinies shall manifest. One of QSR's main goals is showing the world that our culture defines the arts, creativity, diversity and God-given talents all in one "edu-taining" online radio atmosphere by highlighting a diverse array of talent from poets/spoken word artists, authors, musicians, conscious rappers, entrepreneurs, fashion & graphic designers and all other artists. While QSR desires to deliver innovative and inquisitive programming; our first priority is to maintain a genuine, down-to-earth & fun atmosphere so that our messages do not exceed the comprehension of this generation (who are the ones who need to hear it the most!).

Sole management of the teen program at Quality Life Center, a non-profit organization catering to inner city children for over 25 years. Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, character/academic development & supervision of 65 teens & 2 staff members, also creating activities, implementing programs, daily workshops, life skills, college & career prep, tutoring/grade monitoring, forging partnerships with families, organizations, resources, etc. and attending events that specialize in teen interests and needs.

Shift supervisor providing residential care, organizing activities, structure, discipline and relationship development for foster, truant and troubled youth ages 10-17. Participation in implementation and monitoring of 30-day treatment plans, daily supervision and charting progress of all housed youth.

On-site property manager for commercial suite building housing 18 physical suites and 20 virtual offices. Collecting rent, negotiating leases, maintaining records, reports and files, ordering supplies, soliciting bids and hiring the person or company needed for any repairs, upgrades or maintenance to property. Enforcing provisions of rental and lease agreements including timely rent collection, parking and pet restrictions, termination-of-lease procedures, resolving tenant and public complaints, maintaining current and accurate financial records from property operations and providing the owners with regular expense reports. Creating and managing marketing resources for space availability, researching and analyzing information on property values, taxes, zoning, competitor's prices, population growth and traffic volume.
