I am an accomplished retail strategist/operatist with a proven track record of driving excellent outcomes in both retail and distribution. I have hands-on experience through the value chain and a variety of B2B and B2C channels, and work directly with retailers, distributors, or rep firms to achieve outstanding outcomes with global partners ranging from large enterprises to small businesses across North America, EMEA, and APAC.In my current role I’ve overseen the entry into more than 500 physical stores worldwide in some of the leading CE retailers. My expertise lies in translating a wider company strategy into a partnership driven vision, and communicating this to internal and external senior executives, aligning everyone toward common goals. Drawing from my experience in negotiation, marketing, distribution/demand planning and operations enables me to achieve operational goals and drive profitability while keeping track of and articulating the higher purpose of what we’re doing.As a sales leader I emphasize setting clear, data-driven and ambitious goals.
