Selected as a supervisor on a field upgrade project on remote jackets in the Al-Khafji Field to enable automated control of remote wells in the field from a central platform.The rope access rigging teams I was in charge of successfully installed lifting equipment and tugger winches on the jackets capable of lifting up 5tonne J-Tubes that got transferred from a DP vessel. Involving installing various engineered solutions onto the jacket to accommodate the new fixtures. Working closely alongside Engineering, Diving and ROV teams to ensure each installation was completed successfully in one seamless operation. The experienced gained from dealing with different disciplines on such a synergetic level helped me learn how to handle large teams and work within a different scheme.
