Convergent billing is an end-to-end OSS/BSS implementation project for MTNL. It includes development and implementation of Service Provisioning, Mediation, CRM, Billing and RA systems for various lines of businesses of MTNL – such as GSM, CDMA, PSTN, Broadband and Leased Circuits.Role/Activities:· Involved in preparing Test Cases· Involved in executing test cases (UAT) and in Integration testing.· Fault reporting and follow up with Development and Design teams.· Sending Test status reports, Test Metrics on daily and weekly basis.· Client interaction w.r.t delivery and deployment.· Leading the Provisioning Implementation Team for conducting System Integration Testing, which included Service Provisioning, Mediation, CRM, and Billing, Enterprise Application Integrator system.· Configuration of client specific business flows, rules into product.· Discussion and resolution of client’s comments by co-ordination with development team· Solution design or Workflow design for GSM, CDMA, PSTN, BB and Leased Line of businesses of MTNL and implementation· Analyzing client change requests and for scope definition w.r.t Xalted’s products, and working with development/design team for developing new requirements.· Taking solution through development to implementation stage by resolving any implementation issues.· Worked with NE such as HLR, IN, and others for testing of mml commands· Training new resources on the products· Involved in Data Migration activities in migrating legacy data to provisioning systems.· Code movement and patch deployment in client production environment· Making process documents, flow diagrams and conducting meetings with development team to get the development done for the proposed flow.
