Analyze all compliance procedures and monitor all risks for same and evaluate all potential defects and assist in resolution for same and track all issues and administer consumer complaints and recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance processes and assist all regulatory examiners in processes and evaluate all transactions that require departmental approval.

Managing entity and investigative research including data integrity of entities in a system of record. Establishing and updating customer entity records for a common client data environment created to support key functions. It also involves researching customer structure and reconciling account entity-set-up consistency across systems to ensure proper management and risk reporting. Interact with and process data as provided by third party data providers. May perform special research and/or maintenance projects and database conversions as required. Assist with business partner requests that come through the COG shared mailbox and LEMR tool providing partners with resolutions to escalated issues, LOB WCIS/LEMR enhancement training, and procedural updates.

First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.
