Effectively handled/controlled surge operations, single runway operations, Air Defense scrambles, emergency diverts, emergency recalls, and Air Force One landing/visit. Provided Class C radar services in the Air Force's only limited approach control tower. Air Traffic Controller augmentee and Liaison at Naha International Airport.Assisted in integration and eventual handover of a $20,000,000 radar approach control to the government of Japan.
