At the end of 2012 I received an invitation from Scytl to be part of their team.xScytl is a big company with a high level team of leaders. The purpose was establish & to manage a software factory in Peru, our goal for 2013 was to establish an office for 50 software developers, at the end of 2013 we were 90 people, today (at the end of 2014) I'm managing a big team of +120 people, all of them experts in project management, analysis, development, q.a., software architecture, security, etc.Our factory were created in a record time for international standards (2-3 months), with very low cost and supporting a fast growing.
