I have commenced my career at Deacons after graduation. Throughout the years, I have completed countless projects and have earned three promotions. I am now taking the role of Business Analyst and have acquired the following skills and knowledge:Project Management – accumulated rich practical experience in managing the implementation of firm wide systems such as replacement of Practice Management Systems (Elite), implementation of Customer Relationship Management (Apex/InterAction), implementation of Document Management Systems (WorkSite), upgrade of AV systems and etc.Communication Skills - acquired strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of users internally and local/overseas vendors plus government departments externally and be able to convert the technical specifications to non-technical language and vice versa.Technical Writing – wrote technical specifications/test plans/ training materials/ FAQs and IT proposals.Application Support – built up expertise in supporting legal applications/systems such as InProtech, WorkSite, Elite and InterAction, conducting research on resolving critical issues and reporting problems to vendors.Process Reengineering – acquired excellent skills in eliciting user requirements and business requirements and studying business cases in order to design new work flow for streamlining business processes, in particular for eliminating the manual processes.Data Analysis – equipped with very strong data mining/analysis skills that can formulate data model and maintain data integrity of systems/databases; and utilised the analytical results to provide business intelligence solutions to the management for strategic purposes.Application Development – acquired good experience in designing and developing online web application and high proficiency in SQL Server Programming.Training/mentoring - mentored junior staff to troubleshoot problems and conducted technical workshops to fellow co-workers.
