Results:• Ensured 100% compliance with U.S. and international law for the purchase, storage, maintenance, transportation, and use of U.S. and foreign government-owned equipment;• Ensured 100% compliance with U.S. laws for official travel funded partially or fully by a foreign government;• Reduced HR workload by more than 4 work-hours per week by eliminating antiquated systems;• Reduced costs by over 15% per-year by modernizing cross-national programs;• Selected over 100 fellow Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps personnel as the Joint Enlisted Leader of the Year (2016).
