I am a passionate, customer-focused Real Estate professional with 20+ years of diverse experience across the real estate industry. By leveraging innate communication skills with an extensive knowledge of real estate and finance, I’ve consistently over-performed for my clients throughout my career. I began my career in real estate working in residential and commercial finance. In 2001, I started Integrity Capital as a boutique firm, catering to the exclusive needs of homeowners and real estate investors seeking assistance in finding homes. From 2001 to 2016, I was involved in more than 400 transactions. With Redfin, I was excited to use my experience on the customer side and get into the weeds of sales. By the end of my second year as a Senior Agent I’d sold 150+ homes and garnered several accolades. Early success elevated me to a Team Manager position where I was lucky enough to train and develop new sales agents. I developed multiple training programs emphasizing consultative sales processes, customer engagement, and comprehensive deals processes. Sharing this knowledge and supporting trainees in the field was a deeply rewarding experience for myself personally, and for the company’s overall market share growth. In my previous position as Market Manager – Orange County, I thrived on discovering innovative strategies for our clients to win during competitive, multiple offer situations.
