Responsible for the direct management of cost, schedule, and performance of $3 billion in test resources and operating budget to validate F-35 specification compliance and ensure combat effectiveness. Supervised the planning, executing, and reporting of all F-35 Developmental and Operational Flight Test, delivering to three US Services and seven International Partners. Managed support of over 1,500 personnel, six sites and eight organizations to provide timely resolution to stakeholder concerns.

Led more than 250 personnel supporting, 19 program offices, of which included the F-35, CH-53K and MV-22, and seven test squadrons at three locations. Mentored and provided career counseling to members of the Marine Corps Aviation Acquisition Corps.

Partnering in and executing out-of-the-box, innovative, accelerated, visionary science and technology research and develop links between aviation program offices to advanced research and increased the speed of transferring advanced technology to aviation platforms and systems.

F-35 Experimental Test Pilot and Project Manager during a three-year stretch of a multi-billion-dollar development test period to complete F-35 System Development and Demonstration. Reviewed test plans and oversaw execution of several "first-in-flight" tests. Managed aircraft, aircrew and test engineer teams, along with airspace, airfield, and other external support assets, to meet daily flight test requirements.
