EGI Aircraft Staff Engineer (05/09 – 6/14)• Technical / Program lead for the development of new GPS landing system technology. o Designed the software architecture to incorporate Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) and Autonomous Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) for the Next Generation EGI. o Technology upgrade was a major discriminator against the competition and allowed Honeywell to capture an additional $15M contract from the U.S Army. o Led the successful execution of the project; metrics (CPI/SPI) > 95%.

• Sr. Program Manager leading the pursuit of GPS Landing system technology with the U.S Navy and U.S Air Force with annual revenue goals of $18.8M. o Managed a virtual multi-company team (Honeywell, Boeing and Sierra Nevada) on U.S Navy, U.S Army and U.S Air Force Precision Landing System program as a prime contractor. o Successfully led a multi-company proposal team in response to the U.S. Navy’s Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) SDD program ($240M contract value). • Exceeded production on time performance goals with an On-Time-To Request > 95%.

• Led the execution of development and production programs of $31.8M for the Medium Attack Helicopter EGI international and domestic business segments. o Successfully set up the first co-production facilities in Japan with our Mitsubishi customer. o Assumed responsibility for the Lockheed Martin Presidential Helicopter program that was behind schedule. o Motivated and mentored the team to get the program back on track and exceeded production on time performance with On-Time-Request > 95%. o Received a ‘Supplier Excellence Award’ from Lockheed Martin. This was in recognition of moving the program from red to green status and meeting their hardware deliveries to support aircraft integration.

EGI Aircraft Project Technical Director (04/01- 9/05)• Provided technical leadership for the establishment of requirements, design and product development of new technologies, both hardware and software, into our CORE product line (IR&D products). o Led the design and development of Honeywell’s Kinematic Carrier Phase Solution EGI implementation for unmanned vehicle Sea Based Precision landing applications. o Technology upgrade was a discriminator against our competitors and allowed for the capture of an $13M development contract.
