Customer Service Team Lead
CurrentMy responsibilities include creating schedules for over 45 people in the 3 main sections of the department, making sure the cashiers are up to date and compliant on their necessary trainings, processing evaluations of the cashiers, and assisting them in areas they are deficient in, enforcing rules and processing disciplinary issues in a proper and impartial matter, and ensuring that our utility workers are keeping our cart bays full and our parking lot clean. I also act as a backup cashier if the queue gets too long at the checkout, and I also assist at the service desk for the same reason. I address customer complaints and issues, fix them when possible, and enforce policy when necessary.
