Leads a team of seven teachers as part of the $450,000 21st Century STEM Program Grant, serving 155 students across two high schools. Plans and directs daily activities for the program at Pennsauken High School, including coordinating high school and college staff to implement activities according to grant requirements. Provides academic advisement for prospective students, offering one-on-one career advice and direction. ➣ Initiates and leads strategic partnership opportunities between key leaders in education and the corporate sector to identify and promote student career pathways and to develop talent pipelines. ➣ Created a program with Siemens, Puratos, and other corporate partners to provide students with career exposure experiences, workshops, and field visits to increase awareness about STEM career opportunities.➣ Coordinates interactive field trips for students to enhance tactical learning and provide career exposure. ➣ Represented Camden County College at all Ecosystem events to forge additional partnerships with the local business community to present career opportunities and exposure for students. ➣ Converted all activities to a virtual format in March of 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. ➣ Established a program structure and activities to enhance STEM learning in an after-school environment. ➣ Serves as the lead representative for the college for the South Jersey STEM Innovative Partnerships Ecosystem (SJSIP).

Taught English as a second language, including grammar, writing, oral communications, and reading and composition I and II for beginners to advanced students. Coordinated the annual College Readiness Program for students. ➣ Provided hands-on career counseling for local high schools in the Camden School District.
