Successfully completed the Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) which is one of the most highly coveted early-in-career development programs designed specifically for top university graduates from around the world who aspire to become the next generation of sales leaders at Cisco.Throughout the program, I expanded my sales and business acumen, increased my technical knowledge and developed executive presentation skills all while learning about Cisco’s architectures, solutions, products, and competitors.Gained on-the-job experience in Global Virtual Engineering (GVE), GOLD labs, and Executive Briefing Center:In GVE, I provided pre-sales support for internal systems engineers and account managers. These duties included assisting with architectural designs, building Bill of Materials, and providing product information and technical presentations in order to accelerate the sales cycle.In GOLD, I assisted the BU and GOLD engineers build the labs that are offered virtually to the global Cisco sales force. In addition to providing Q/A on both new and existing labs, I led the ASE team in the relocation of the GOLD labs data center.
