Eroshan Alagaretnam is a development professional and freelance consultant in Project Management, strategic planning and M&E over 18 years. Managed bilateral projects for U.S State Department, World Bank, USAID and DFAT, worked with INGOs such as CARE, ChildFund, Practical Action and UN agencies UNDP, UNICEF and UNFAO.
