• Perform door-to-door and phone presentations and sales ~500 contacts per week

• Bridge operations and executive staff and coordinate execution of firm strategy • Conduct employee training, establish standards, organize events, and so forth • Manage, schedule, prepare, and scribe for regular firm/management meetings • Respond, assist, or connect employees with appropriate technology solutions • Advise attorneys in case related matters and build processes for legal teams • Assist with training and rollout for case management software transition • Consolidate internal technology use and create workflow for litigation teams

• Foster associate development through regular training, coaching, and feedback • Oversee and adjust department activities to drive growth and reduce shrink • Responsible for ~$50,000 of weekly sales, performing +5% to corporate plan • Perform regular safety and inventory reporting and steer department goals • Drive associate participation in Lowe's MVP and Credit programs

Primary partner responsible for Acquisition, Business Administration, Finance, and Legal. Engineer and supporting designer for current and upcoming SBIR/STTR contracts.

Attached to engineering department to assist in the design and completion of client aircraft modifications.
