• Manage the development and successful deployment of digital nodes, RPDs, and smart amplifiers.• Manage the development and successful deployment of the rOLT solution to support our (Fiber-to-the-Home) FTTH efforts. • Prime Integrator responsibility for DOCSIS4.0/FDX network integration and deployment.• Responsible for operationalizing Access Network Engineering tools for Field Operations and monitoring capabilities to support DOCSIS4.0/FDX capability. Drive tools toward better root cause analysis through opportunities like spectrum analysis of failure conditions.• Selected as the Comcast representative to the standards-based CableLabs Certification Board.

Responsible for Product Delivery of the RDK solution on video, broadband, and camera devices. CPE Product Delivery workstreams include:- QA (validation/regression testing), - Release Management (deploys releases contains features/bugfixes on a 2 week cadence across ~30 million CPE devices), - Field Triage/Support/Analysis (uses machine metrics and data analysis for rapid root cause of field issues)- Manufacturing/Supply Chain Development (develops and supports tooling needs of downstream supply chain and warehouse entities)

Drive the development and test of QAM and IP based STBs running an industry supported firmware stack. Direct a team of 40+ developers and testers.

Lead the development of the next-gen STB firmware stacks across multiple device types, STB OEMs and SoC vendors.
