Led the maintenance to achieve sustain availability and reliability of machines by help of the time based (TBM), condition based (CBM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance activities. • Implemented the proactive maintenance technique as online condition monitoring (OCM) in order to reduce possibility of the failure. • Led the TPM Planned Maintenance and Environment & Energy committees. Ensured and improved targets as MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost, OEE and energy consumptions. • Managed the kaizens and auxiliary equipment investments. Performed the new production line investment projects as high capacity wafer line, decorated tablet molding line, liquid chocolate lines. Commissioned the new lines within on time, in budget,in full (OTIBIF) targets.

Performed the planned maintenance, breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance activities, zero-breakdown improvement and kaizen activities.

Performed the maintenance activities as planned, predictive and zero failure improvements and kaizen activities with his maintenance team. Performed the gas turbine (2x4MVA) operation and maintenance. Performed the installation and commissioning of new wall and floor tiles production lines and auxiliary equipment.
