I take action on analyzing warehouse processes and making necessary improvements.Customer service:Understanding the customer's needs and finding quick solutions to potential problems that the customer will experience is the main goal. I work in coordination with the team to implement internal and external development suggestions and improvements to speed up the team, and to bring permanent solutions to customer problems.Cargo:It is the responsibility of the company to deliver the product smoothly to the customer after the delivery. In order to meet the mutual expectations of the company and cargo company, I assume the role of contact in Evkiba.Sales:Purchasing the goods to Evkiba stocks according to the sales plan.
